Theresa Annette Libios PhD, LPC

Theresa Libios, PhD, LPC, is a mental health clinician, professor, and practice owner at Blaine Counseling & Consulting. She serves as full-time faculty at Texas A&M‑Central Texas and adjunct at Henderson State University. A 2021 APT Leadership Academy graduate, Theresa chaired committees and served on the Nominations Committee. She has private and public classroom experience with disadvantaged and special education students. Her interests include women’s mental health and addressing multicultural mental health disparities.
